The Workout
A flexible, ongoing online coaching program designed to sharpen your boxing skills and elevate your fitness—your way.
Train once, twice, or three times per week, focusing on skill-based rounds of shadow boxing or bag work (if you have access to a bag).
Each session is tailored to improve technique, movement, and overall boxing ability. And if you’re up for an extra challenge, you can finish strong with an optional strength & conditioning finisher to boost cardio, power, and endurance.
